Ben Marks, Vice President

Mr. Marks joined The Public Advisory Corporation ("PAC") in June 2001, providing investment banking and financial advisory services for more than 15 clients, including several of the largest health care providers in Kentucky and Tennessee. During this period, Mr. Marks advised clients on derivative transactions, capital projects, and acquisitions totaling over $600 million.

Prior to joining PAC, Mr. Marks was an associate with Sullivan Consulting Group, a health care consulting firm specializing in Certificate of Need ("CON") engagements. Mr. Marks advised health care providers throughout the Southeast on the CON process, including the completion of CON application forms and exhibits used during state health planning review meetings and administrative hearings.

Mr. Marks holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
