Mr. Pischke's career spans thirty years as an investment banker, providing services exclusively to tax-exempt organizations throughout the Southeastern US. In 1994, Mr. Pischke founded The Public Advisory Corporation ("PAC"), a financial and strategic health care advisory firm offering specialized services to not-for-profit hospitals and health care systems.

Since then, Mr. Pischke has served numerous not-for-profit hospital clients. His efforts have produced significant financial and improved credit results for his clients. In addition to serving individual clients, Mr. Pischke has been financial advisor to the Florida, Kentucky and Tennessee Hospital Associations for many years. For fifteen years prior to PAC, Mr. Pischke was a Director with CS First Boston, an international investment-bank. While there, he established the firm's southeast Public Finance Group, and represented First Boston on numerous transactions including a $305 million financing for the City of Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, Hospital Pooled Loan Programs in six states totaling over $1.5 billion and a $600 million debt refinancing for the State of Georgia. He also identified, designed and implemented the then largest acquisition of a for-profit hospital by a not-for-profit system for $250 million.

Mr. Pischke began his career with Hayden Stone, Inc., New York, NY and in 1971 joined Arch W. Roberts & Co., and served as a Senior Vice President and Board Member until 1981. While with the firm, he performed investment-banking services throughout the Southeast for state and local governments and established the firm's Atlanta office in 1974.
